Faith as Writer

Faith's passion for writing started with a passion for books and language. Faith's love of language started with her mother's home school lessons in Latin, Greek, and Spanish. Years of ballet added some understanding of French as well. Faith took Latin for two years in high school, as well as one year of Spanish (and a semester in college). Faith is currently seeking to learn Japanese and to better understand Spanish.

Faith knew she wanted to write, and thought to pursue journalism alongside her dance training in college. Unfortunately, it didn't work out. After reading her own work in chapel, several of her professors pointed her in the direction of a writing major. Since then, Faith has started seriously writing poetry and short stories. She has also started pursuing a place in publishing as an editor.
